About technical errors when using credit cards.
Dear Customers,
We have recently experienced some technical errors when using credit cards in some stores on purchases from 1st January onwards. There has been some discrepancy in the transaction at the till point and what has actually been withdrawn from some customers bank account.
Please can customers notify our customer service center for any issues regarding credit card/debit card payments. We sincerely apologies for any inconvenience caused.
