Basic Policy on Sustainability

Sustainability Promotion System

To identify and address sustainability-related risks and opportunities, the Xebio Group has established a Sustainability Committee(hereafter, “the Committee”). The Committee is chaired by the Executive Vice President and is composed of corporate and operating company officers. Held twice a year, the Committee tracks progress based on reports from its subordinate body, the Sustainability Promotion Office. It also holds discussions and exchanges of views to resolve issues. The Committee’s decisions and activities are reported to the Board of Directors semi-annually. Under the supervision of top management, these decisions are then integrated into the business plans as policies and measures for each group, company, and department.
Through this system, the Xebio Group is advancing its sustainability initiatives across the entire group, with the goal of enhancing values and realizing a sustainable society.

The Five Materiality （key issues）

Xebio Group has identified five “materialities” as themes to create a sustainable society and will work to address them through its business activities. These five “materialities” not only embody the Xebio Group mission, “contributing” to the sustainable development of sports, giving back to the community, and creating a healthy, fulfiling, and enriched world where sports are always accessible, but also serve as an important compass for “the Xebio Group’s vision.” We aim to create a sustainable society by identifying and addressing these materialities.
